Our tutor, Claire Williamson, a freelance poet and writer, will guide you gently through these writing sessions.
The process is much more about the content than the craft. If you write regularly, or you haven't written creatively since school, don't worry - poet and writer, these sessions will employ creative writing techniques and responses to texts, quotes and images to support your wellbeing.
Writing has been proven to boost your immune system and reduce stress. These stand-alone sessions will provide both engagement and escape, as you find words, voice and encouragement from others.
