If you write regularly\, or you haven't written creatively since school\, don't worry - poet and writer\, these sessions will employ creative writing techniques and responses to texts\, quotes and images to support your wellbeing. \nEach session is stand-alone\, attendance at previous sessions not required. You will need to register for each session. \nWriting has been proven to boost your immune system and reduce stress.
