DESCRIPTION:Aim of the Course:  \nThis workshop provides operational front line primary care staff with the skills and understanding to safely and confidently deal with any aggressive behaviour they may experience in their roles. The workshop also allows time for delegates to have some personal reflection as well as peer to peer learning and support. \nKey objectives: \n\nGreater awareness to help identify and understand conflict and potential conflict.\nIncreased understanding of how to manage conflict and difficult behaviour.\n\n Course overview:   \nThis workshop will provide delegates with a greater awareness of conflict and how to better handle difficult and aggressive behaviour. \nAll delegates will receive: \n\nA copy of the workshop presentation\nA certificate of attendance.
